All original seals, tamper-evident packaging and protective materials must remain intact.

The product should be returned with its retail packaging, labels and included components.

The return request must be submitted within 30 calendar days from the confirmed delivery date.
Proof of purchase
Your Yumora order number or another valid proof of purchase is required for review.
Some products cannot be returned.
Because Yumora sells food, snacks and beverages, certain products are not eligible for return once opened or when safe resale cannot be confirmed.

What happens after approval.
Refund timing can vary depending on your payment provider. We will notify you when the return review is complete and the refund has been submitted.

Approved refunds are issued to the payment method used for the order. We cannot redirect a refund to another card, account or payment service.
Allow 5–10 business days.
After Yumora submits the refund, your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time before the credit appears.
Original delivery fees are generally non-refundable.
Return shipping is normally the customer’s responsibility unless the product arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, or applicable law requires otherwise.

Can I return an opened snack or beverage?
Opened food, snacks, beverages and other consumable products are generally not eligible for return because product safety and storage conditions can no longer be verified.
Should I send my return before contacting Yumora?
No. Contact us first and wait for return authorization and instructions. Products sent without prior approval may be refused or may delay the review.
What happens if my package is returned to sender?
Contact support so we can review the carrier status, delivery address and product condition. Additional shipping charges may apply when a package is returned because of an incomplete address, refusal or missed delivery.
Can I cancel an order after placing it?
Contact us as soon as possible. We will try to help, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed after an order has entered processing or has been transferred to the carrier.
Why has my refund not appeared yet?
Banks and payment providers may take 5–10 business days after the refund is submitted. Contact your payment provider first, then contact Yumora if the credit still does not appear.
Are my legal consumer rights affected?
No. This policy does not limit any non-waivable rights or remedies available to you under applicable consumer protection law.
