The complete arrival timeline includes both Yumora's preparation period and the carrier's transit period. Transit estimates appear after your package has been accepted by the carrier.

  • Business-day calculation

    Weekends and applicable holidays are not included in the preparation period.

When will my order be dispatched?
Yumora orders are prepared and dispatched within 3–5 business days. Weekends and applicable holidays are not counted as business days.
When will I receive tracking information?
Tracking information is sent after the parcel has been handed to the carrier. The first tracking scan may take additional time to appear in the carrier's system.
Can I change my delivery address?
Contact us as soon as possible. We will review the request, but an address change may not be possible once order preparation or carrier processing has started.
Why did only part of my order arrive?
Some orders may be divided into separate parcels. Review your shipping emails for additional tracking references before contacting support.
What should I do if tracking says delivered?
Check the delivery area, household members, building reception and nearby secure locations. If the parcel cannot be found, contact the carrier and then reach out to Yumora with your order details.
What should I do if my parcel is damaged?
Photograph the outer packaging, shipping label and affected items, then contact us promptly. Keep the packaging until the support review is complete.
